A Note about the Group A regular practice has been going on since last Twenty two years under the jurisdiction of – Gobardanga, North 24 Pgs. West Bengal. Rabindra Natya Sanstha Gobardanga was established on 9th May in 1995. Biswanath Bhattacherjee is the President of this organization from it conceived. Raindra Natya Sanstha began its activity with the children of Railway colony and the children of slams. This theatre unit not only shows their performance but also engaged with the development of society children from early time and it is mirrored in the local society that Rabindra Natya Sanstha is doing the same till date. They do the theatre workshop in the every summer vacation for the school students of nearby schools of Gobardanga. Rabindra Natya Sanstha Celebrates the Children theatre festival, Child festival, Rabindra Jayanti, Raksha Bandhan, Open-air theatre festival, Gobardanga Rang Mahotsav, World Environment day and World Theatre day etc. and simultaneously produce the theatre productions where 36 new Production have been produced up to march 2017. The remarkable and awarded productions are: “Yadio Satti”, “Murkir Hari” by the Assistance of Ministry of Culture Govt. of India, “Chandalika” by the Assistance of Ministry of Culture Govt. of India, “Dakghar”, “Guptadhan”,Khayatir Birambana” by the Assistance of Ministry of Culture Govt. of India, “E Kon Agomoni” by the Assistance of Ministry of Culture Govt. of India, “ Bir Shikari” by the Assistance of Ministry of Culture Govt. of India, “Boka Tantir Galpo”, “Becharam Kenaram”. “Satti Rajar Deshe” by the Assistance of Ministry of Culture Govt. of India, “Sakshi Shyal”, “Haat Ganona”, “Durga Bivrat” Rabindra Natya Sanstha is entitled to get the salary grant in the year 2010-2011 from Ministry of Culture Govt. of India. Experimental District children festival, Stat level Theatre workshop and festival were performed by the assistance of Ministry of Culture Govt. of India and I & C.A Dep’t Govt. of W.B. Rabindra Naty Sanstha Established its office and Rehearsal room at Gobardanga 1 No Colony aqua ring 990 square feet area on 25 December 2012. Theatre training is regularly going on here. Partha Bhattacherjee Smriti Gramin Pathagar was inaugurated on 8th March 2015. This library is one of the personal divisions of Rabindra Natya Sanstha. Many students and readers are benefited from here. Music Dance and drawing classes are going on under the supervision of the authority of these classes are known to all as the branches of Rabindra Natya Sanstha. The regular Practice is being carried on only with the children. More than 35 Children Theater have been staged within last Twenty years. Aims and Purpose of Rabindra Natya Sanstha : To encourage the drop out Street, orphan, child laborer. Inspiration of the school going children Regarding Theatre. Proper Theatre, cultural training and practice should be given (Fully Free of cost) Besides the Theatre, Natya Group should keep the children busy in different Cultural Program. To Solve any problem of the villagers by displaying street drama. To ensure the people about the necessity and importance of the Theatre Development should be made on basis of researchable Theatre Proper movement should be added in accordance with children theatre.
